Canyonlands Community Health Care offers comprehensive one-stop services and a health care home for patients in Fredonia.  The Community Health Centers provides more than just treatment for illness or episodic conditions; it provides ongoing care and health management for families and individuals throughout their lives.  Canyonlands Community Health Care is a nonprofit center that offers special programs for medically underserved and uninsured.  The regional network of health care centers is supported by federal grants under the U. S. Public Health Service Act and the State of Arizona Primary Care Program.
